This guidance applies to incidentally discovered splenic mass in asymptomatic adults. It does not apply to patients with symptoms attributable to spleen or patients with lymphoma.

Benign imaging features:
        1. Cyst: Imperceptible wall, near-water attenuation(<10 HU), no enhancement.
        2. Hemangioma: Discontinuous, peripheral, centripetal enhancement. 
        3. Other benign features: Homogeneous, low attenuation (<20 HU), no enhancement, smooth margins.
